About the RunWalk Tulsa Training Program

At RunWalk Tulsa, we welcome runners and walkers of all ages, speeds, and fitness levels. Since our launch on September 1, 2018, our community has trained using the Jeff Galloway–inspired Run-Walk-Run method—a smart, low-impact approach proven to boost endurance, confidence, and long-term consistency.


Tailored Training That Fits You

We know you’re unique—that’s why we begin every journey with your Magic Mile, a timed one-mile run used to determine your ideal pace group. Whether you’re gearing up for a 5K, 10K, 15K or pushing toward a full marathon, you train alongside people matching your speed. A dedicated Pace Group Leader guides each group, setting intervals and pacing for maximum benefit and camaraderie.
