Tulsa’s Run-Walk Coaches & Pace Leaders

At RunWalk Tulsa, our leadership team does more than coach workouts — we build a supportive walking and run-walk community in Tulsa where every pace is respected.

Whether you’re training for a race or simply moving for health and consistency, our Tulsa run-walk coaches are here to guide, encourage, and celebrate your progress.

Our team leads using the proven Run-Walk-Run® Method, creating structured, sustainable training that works for real life.

Maurine Dobson

Maurine Dobson

Maurine has completed over 100 races, including 13 marathons, and has been coaching since 2015. After discovering the Jeff Galloway method, she fell in love with its simplicity and effectiveness.

She founded RunWalk Tulsa (formerly Tulsa Galloway) on September 1, 2018, with a vision of building a welcoming, structured, year-round training community for walkers and run-walkers.

Maurine leads with warmth, energy, and belief in steady progress.

“We meet you where you are — and support you every step of the way.”
