Tulsa’s Run-Walk Coaches & Pace Leaders
At RunWalk Tulsa, our leadership team does more than coach workouts — we build a supportive walking and run-walk community in Tulsa where every pace is respected.
Whether you’re training for a race or simply moving for health and consistency, our Tulsa run-walk coaches are here to guide, encourage, and celebrate your progress.
Our team leads using the proven Run-Walk-Run® Method, creating structured, sustainable training that works for real life.
Maurine Dobson
Program Director & Walking Pace Group Leader

Maurine has completed over 100 races, including 13 marathons, and has been coaching since 2015. After discovering the Jeff Galloway method, she fell in love with its simplicity and effectiveness.
She founded RunWalk Tulsa (formerly Tulsa Galloway) on September 1, 2018, with a vision of building a welcoming, structured, year-round training community for walkers and run-walkers.
Maurine leads with warmth, energy, and belief in steady progress.
“We meet you where you are — and support you every step of the way.”
Dustie Jobe
Assistant Program Director & Run-Walk Pace Group Leader

Dustie has been part of RunWalk Tulsa since November 2018. After discovering the Galloway method in her late thirties, she has completed countless half marathons, four full marathons, and an ultra marathon.
Known for her positive energy and encouragement, Dustie helps athletes of all levels build confidence and consistency.
“It’s not about speed — it’s about showing up, moving forward, and loving the journey.”
Noel Ellsbury
Run-Walk Pace Group Leader

A former Marine and experienced athlete, Noel brings discipline, humor, and strength to the team. He demonstrates how smart pacing and structured training can help athletes go farther — and faster — while staying sustainable.
“Train smart, stay strong, and never stop moving forward.”
Becky Bennett
Run-Walk Pace Group Leader

A lifelong runner and walker, Becky transformed her race experience using the Run-Walk-Run® method — moving from “death marching” to joyful, pain-free marathon finishes.
Her enthusiasm and belief in steady improvement inspire those around her.
“With the right plan and the right people, running becomes something you get to do — not something you have to do.”
Kristi Henson
Run-Walk Pace Group Leader

Kristi joined RunWalk Tulsa in January 2023 and quickly became known for her contagious energy and welcoming spirit. She helps members build confidence, community, and joy in movement.
“When you’re having fun, the miles fly by.”
Paula Lee

Paula brings determination and quiet strength to the group. She is on a journey to complete a marathon in all 50 states and has completed a 100-mile ultra just days after finishing a marathon.
Her commitment and consistency motivate everyone around her.
“One mile at a time, one state at a time — every step is part of the story.”
Diana Hanson
