Built on a Proven Method
Our training is grounded in the Run-Walk-Run® Method, developed by Jeff Galloway.
This approach helps walkers and run-walkers:
- Train at appropriate, sustainable paces
- Reduce injury risk
- Recover more effectively
- Build endurance gradually
- Stay consistent long term
We also use the Magic Mile pacing assessment to personalize training and remove guesswork.
