We offer multiple coached sessions each week so you can train consistently while fitting workouts into real life.
All workouts are pace-based and coach-led, so you’re always placed in a group that matches your current fitness.
Monday – Drills & Speedwork
- 5:30 AM — BA QuikTrip (71st & 161st)
- 6:00 PM — Gathering Place (Boathouse)

Wednesday – Hill Training
- 5:30 AM — BA Centennial Middle School (225 East Omaha St)
- 6:00 PM — Gathering Place (Boathouse)

Thursday – Hill Training

Saturday – Long Endurance Session
- Time & location vary

- Long walk or run-walk
- Conversation pace
- Endurance building

Saturday workouts support:
- 5K, 10K, 15K training
