Wednesday & Thursday — Hill Training
Build strength, endurance, confidence, and injury resistance with workouts designed to make every pace group stronger.
Saturday — Long Endurance Workout
Develop endurance gradually while enjoying conversation, encouragement, and support from your training partners.

How Often Should I Train?
For most members, we recommend:
- Two weekday workouts
- One Saturday endurance workout
Some members attend more often.
Others attend once a week.
The best training schedule is the one you can maintain consistently.
Because we offer multiple workouts throughout the week, you can choose the days and times that fit your life.
