We offer multiple coached sessions each week so you can train consistently while fitting workouts into real life.

All workouts are pace-based and coach-led, so you’re always placed in a group that matches your current fitness.


Monday – Drills & Speedwork

  • 6:00 PM — Gathering Place (Boathouse)

Wednesday – Hill Training

  • 5:30 AM — BA Centennial Middle School (225 East Omaha St)

Thursday – Hill Training

Saturday – Long Endurance Session

  • Long walk or run-walk

Saturday workouts support:
