Why Each Workout Matters

Every workout has a purpose.

Monday & Tuesday — Form, Drills & Speed

Improve walking and running efficiency through technique drills, pace-based intervals, and structured speed development.

Wednesday & Thursday — Hill Training

Build strength, endurance, confidence, and injury resistance with workouts designed to make every pace group stronger.

Saturday — Long Endurance Workout

Develop endurance gradually while enjoying conversation, encouragement, and support from your training partners.

Whether you’re training for your first 5K, a marathon, an ultramarathon, or simply better health, our weekly plan helps you improve safely and consistently.

✔ Avoid the cycle of starting over

✔ Progress gradually

✔ Train for races—or simply train for life
