Our Weekly Run-Walk Training Schedule
We offer multiple coached sessions each week so you can train when it fits your schedule.
Weekday Training (Monday–Thursday)
- Morning and evening options (5:30 AM and 6:00 PM)
- Coach-led structured workouts
- Walking-only and run-walk groups
- Skill drills, hills, and pace sessions
Pace-based groups ensure no one gets left behind.
We have a pace for you.
Saturday Long Session
Saturday sessions focus on endurance and community.
- Longer, slower walk or run-walk
- Conversation pace
- Coach guidance available
Saturday workouts support members training for:
- 5K, 10K & 15K races
- Half marathons and marathons
- Ultra distances
- Or simply long-term health and fitness

Thursday – Hill Training
5:30 AM — Ronald McDonald House, 6102 S Hudson
6:00 PM — Ronald McDonald House, 6102 S Hudson
6:00 PM — Owasso High School (across from QuikTrip)
Saturday – Long Run / Long Walk
