Training for Every Distance

Our race training supports all major endurance goals within one structured system.

Short Distance Training (5K–15K)

For beginners, returning runners, and walkers transitioning into structured run-walk training.

You’ll focus on:

Long Distance Training (Half Marathon–Ultramarathon)

  • Monday–Thursday: coached workouts (morning & evening)
  • Saturday: long endurance sessions
