What Happens at a RunWalk Tulsa Workout?

RunWalk Tulsa workouts are structured and coach-led.

Depending on the day and your training, a workout may include:

  • Warm-up
  • Form drills
  • Pace-based training
  • Speed development
  • Hill training
  • Run-walk intervals
  • Endurance training
  • Long-distance training
  • Cool-down and recovery

Every workout has a purpose.

The workout you attend may be different from the workout happening at another location. That’s intentional—different workouts serve different training purposes.

Walking at RunWalk Tulsa

You don’t have to run to train with RunWalk Tulsa.

Walkers are welcome at all RunWalk Tulsa training locations.

Our training system includes adults who walk and adults who use planned Run-Walk-Run® intervals, with a pace for everyone.

Two of our weekly sessions are designated walking-only workouts, while walkers are also welcome at our other coached training locations.

If walking is your primary form of fitness, you can train with us without ever needing to run.
