How Often Should You Attend?
You do not need to attend every workout.
For safe, steady progress, we recommend:
- Two weekday sessions
- One Saturday long walk or run-walk
This structure supports:
- 5K training
- Half marathon preparation
- Marathon goals
- Or year-round fitness consistency
There is no required attendance. Many members attend more when life allows and scale back when needed.
Consistency builds naturally over time.
What Makes Our Schedule Different
Most programs revolve around a race — then pause once it’s over.
We don’t.
Our structured training programs in Tulsa operate year-round so you never have to restart your fitness every season.
This approach is reinforced through the Magic Mile pace assessment and the Run-Walk-Run® Method.
Race goals are optional.
Structure is consistent.
