RunWalk Tulsa offers year-round, coached group training throughout Tulsa, Oklahoma, for walkers and run-walk-run athletes of all paces.

Monday
Drills and Speedwork (30-45 minutes)

  • 5:30 AM – QuikTrip, 71st & Kenosha (Broken Arrow)
  • 6:00 PM – Gathering Place, Sports Courts (Tulsa)

Tuesday
– Drills and Speedwork (30-45 minutes)

  • 5:30 AM – Ronald McDonald House (Tulsa)
  • 6:00 PM – Tulsa Runner (Riverside Parkway, Tulsa)
  • 6:00 PM – Owasso High School (across from QuikTrip, Owasso)

Wednesday
– Hills or Hill Repeats (30-45 minutes)

  • 5:30 AM – Centennial Middle School (Broken Arrow)
  • 6:00 PM – Gathering Place, Sports Courts (Tulsa)

Thursday
– Hills or Hill Repeats (30-45 minutes)

RunWalk Tulsa is a pace-inclusive training program created specifically for walkers and run-walk-run athletes—not continuous runners who are expected to adapt to a traditional program.

Our training is built on the Galloway Run-Walk-Run method, a proven approach that helps participants:

  • Reduce injury risk

  • Train confidently at any pace

We offer multiple coached group sessions each week, providing structure and accountability beyond a single weekly long run. Whether you’re brand new, returning after time off, or training solo and looking for connection, you’ll find a supportive, social, no-pressure environment from day one.

RunWalk Tulsa trains year-round at locations throughout the Tulsa area, making it easy to stay active in every season—whether or not you’re training for a race.
