How Often Should You Attend?
You do not need to attend every workout.
For safe, steady progress, we recommend:
- Two weekday sessions
- One Saturday long walk or run-walk
This structure supports:
- 5K training
- Half marathon preparation
- Marathon goals
- Year-round fitness consistency
Attendance is flexible. Many members train more when life allows and scale back when needed.
Consistency builds naturally over time.
What Makes Our Schedule Different
Most training programs revolve around a race — and pause once it’s over.
We don’t.
RunWalk Tulsa operates year-round, so you never have to restart your fitness each season.
This approach is supported by:
- The Magic Mile pace assessment
- The Run-Walk-Run® Method
Race goals are optional.
Consistent training is the priority.
