RunWalk Tulsa is a welcoming, structured year-round walking and run-walk training community in Tulsa built for real people and real life.

Our training philosophy is grounded in the proven Jeff Galloway Run-Walk-Run® Method.

This approach helps walkers and run-walkers:

  • Train at appropriate paces
  • Reduce injury risk
  • Recover more effectively
  • Build endurance gradually
  • Maintain consistency over time

We also use the Magic Mile pacing assessment to determine safe training paces and personalized interval strategies.

Together, these tools create the foundation of our strucrured year-round run-walk training in Tulsa.
