How Our Training Programs Work

All training programs operate within our consistent weekly structure, which includes:

  • Skill drills for movement efficiency
  • Hill training for strength

Members are placed in pace groups based on current fitness, not arbitrary goals.

We use the Magic Mile pace assessment to determine safe training paces and interval structure — removing guesswork and helping prevent overtraining.
