How Our 5K, 10K & 15K Program Works

Our Tulsa short-distance training is built inside our year-round training structure, not limited to a short seasonal cycle.

Each week may include:

  • Skill drills for movement efficiency
  • Hill workouts for strength
  • Scaled pace-based intervals
  • Saturday endurance sessions

Members are placed in pace groups based on current fitness, not arbitrary goals.

As your fitness improves, your training evolves with you.

Because we train year-round, you continue progressing instead of repeatedly starting over.

Walking & Run-Walk Options

RunWalk Tulsa specializes in walking and run-walk training.

  • Walking-only participants are fully supported

Our structure allows participants training for different distances to work out together in connected pace groups.

Race participation is optional. The training structure is always available.
